GCAS Certificate Programmes

GCAS offers many different certificate programmes. Anyone can join these certificate programmes regardless of prior education levels. It is also possible to take an individual course in the certificate programme and not finish the entire certification. 

Students in our BA degree programme can also take these courses. You can also take as many courses as you like in this programme for up to 1 year. You may continue beyond 1 year but the courses/seminars will not be live.

About GCAS Certifications

The fee to extend your participation is 400€ for the next year (i.e., until May 2023). Once you complete the courses and successfully complete the examination you may request a PDF or a hardcopy of a GCAS Certificate signed digitally by the director. The cost is 10€ for PDF and 50€ for the hard copy (includes postage and handling). But first, In order to get your certification, you must:

The final examination ensures that you have learned the central concepts of the programme. The examination is a written response to core questions learned throughout the programme. It is three (3) hours in length. You may use notes, books, articles, and the lecture recordings to help you compose your responses so long as you cite your sources. It is graded “pass/fail”. You may retake the examination if necessary. The cost of a retake examination is 100€.
