Founded in 2013, we are the first online school to bring together world leading philosophers with anyone in the world in a live and interactive way.
GCAS COLLEGE DUBLIN
The Global Center for Advanced Studies is the first research community & college on Blockchain, deploying 4D VR teaching, live on-line and in person seminars, instant translation-learning, and start-up incubators all guided by a world-class faculty. Our programs empower students with the capacity to earn funds pursuing rigorous degrees while discovering and applying new solutions to our most vexing problems, and becoming co-owners upon graduating.
The Global Center for Advanced Studies (GCAS) was founded in 2013 by over 100 leading philosophers and intellectuals committed to a new educational horizon. We offer a space fully designed to offer students and faculty a vibrant and courageous alternative to traditional and prohibitively expensive advanced degrees with the aim of equipping students and researchers with the skills to transition into a clean-energy, planet sustainable and a more democratic future in which harmony is restored with our environment. Our College is not accredited but we currently self-award a PhD degree in Social and Political Thought. GCAS will be launching our BA and MA programs in September 2019 in the discipline of Innovation & Philosophy. We are pursuing accreditation in the European Union.
Our degree programs were created to reanimate the humanities and social sciences in order to combine a variety of disciplines intended to foster original and exceptional research relevant to address the most vexing questions of the twenty-first century including clean-energy and water, shelter, environmental protection and democratic access to education. We synthesize specialized knowledge both in and outside academia with public intellectuals, clean energy businesses, artists, coders, hackers, and designers.
We are the first degree granting research institute and college in modern history founded, organized and led by world-leading intellectuals, academics, writers, artists, and start-up-influencers on blockchain and co-owned by graduates.
