Biography
Shaurya Gahlawat is a Psychologist, Couples' Therapist, Guest Professor of Psychology & Corporate Consultant. She runs a mental health organisation called TWS, that provides counselling, psychotherapy, wellness workshops, employee assistance programs and training/ supervision for budding psychotherapists. Shaurya & her team of Psychologists, work globally with Indian adults, couples & families.
She has been featured by Huffpost, Vogue, Grazia, Elle, Hindustan Times, Moody's Corporation, Harper's Bazaar among many other media houses, newspapers, magazines, radio stations & podcasts. She was recently nominated for the Mental Health Advocate of the Year award by Cosmopolitan India & has also been awarded the 'Distinguished Alumni of the Year' by her alma mater, Christ University where she completed her MS in Counselling Psychology.
