Tessina Grant Moloney is an AI researcher with a background in communications, finance, analytics, and project management. She holds a Master of Arts in Advanced Research Methods in Artificial Intelligence from GCAS College Dublin, a Master of Science in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University, and a BBA from the University of Technology-Jamaica.

In 2022, her curiosity about the threat of generative AI to the marketing and communications industry led to her testing Jasper AI and reporting its bugs. This experience brought her to Google’s Project Magi as an AI moderator, where she helped train the data sets behind Google's Gemini, AI Overview, and NotebookLM/Gemini Notebook.

After a year of working on Google's LLMs, she also consulted as a product manager at an AI startup. During her AI ethics and safety research at GCAS, she has continued to work on AI training projects: mostly focused on fine-tuning, content-based red-teaming, and AI alignment.
