BA term structure: Quarter 1 — September 19 to November 8  ·  break weekend  ·  Quarter 2 — November 21 to December 13  ·  six-weekend break  ·  Quarter 3 — January 30 to March 21  ·  break weekend  ·  Quarter 4 — April 3 to May 23  ·  June Term: comprehensive exams and practicum.

MA: The MA Research Workshop meets four times across the year at 11:00 AM ET — Thursday October 15, Tuesday December 15, Monday February 15, and Monday March 15. These Tier 2 dissertation research sessions are open to researchers on all four MA programmes.

PhD: The Required PhD Research Gathering meets monthly on Mondays at 11:00 AM ET — October 12, November 9, December 14, January 11, February 8, March 8, April 12, and June 14. Attendance is required of all doctoral candidates.
