In his current role as a Senior Indirect Tax Manager for a world-leading multinational, and in former high-impact roles including Chief Legal Officer, Latouche has a proven track record of optimizing financial flows, mitigating risk, and leading complex digital transformation projects within global ERPs.

As the Director of the LL.M. in International Business & Tax Law at GCAS College, Normann founded the program to bridge the gap he identified in the market: mentoring the next generation of legal professionals to become not just lawyers, but strategic architects of the new global legal economy.
