Tom Connelly is a PhD candidate in Natural Sciences at the Global Center for Advanced Studies. His theoretical interests include the foundations of physics, quantum theory, gravitation, cosmology, black-hole information, and the use of discrete mathematics and graph theory to investigate how spacetime and observation might emerge from more fundamental structures. His current research develops a coordination-first framework centered on execution, interaction, and memory. Outside academia, Tom is a singer, songwriter, guitarist, and independent recording artist whose music ranges from experimental rock and folk to atmospheric, concept-driven work.
