About Adam

Adam Szymanski holds a PhD in Film and Moving Image Studies from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada. From 2017-2019 he was a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Art History and Communication Studies at McGill University. He is currently a FRIAS Junior Fellow and Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellow of the European Union. His research takes place at the intersection of psychology, critical theory and the cinematic arts. He is affiliated with the Global Centre for Advanced Studies as a Research Fellow.
