Quality Assurance

The Quality Assurance Board (QAB) is student centered. The student’s experience is the top priority for QAB on all levels within GCAS College Dublin.

The Board is Charged

  • To ensure academic standards are maintained and continually improved.

  • To ensure the interests of the student is top priority in education and pedagogical delivery.

  • To continually assess and improve education and ethical standards.

  • The QAB reports to the Academic Council.

Dr. Anastasia Nicéphore (Chair)   Anastasia Nicéphore completed her Doctor of Philosophy in Arts and Social Sciences at the University of Sydney Australia in 2016, MA in Educational Leadership and Management at the University of London Institute of Education UCL in 2014, MA Research University of Sydney, and BA (Honours) in English at the University of London Goldsmiths College.

Dr. Walter F. Heinecke (External Evaluator)   Walter Heinecke is Associate Professor of Educational Research, Statistics, & Evaluation in the Department of Educational Leadership, Foundations and Policy at the Curry School of Education, University of Virginia. He received his doctorate in Educational Policy Studies from Arizona State University. .

He received his doctorate in Educational Policy Studies from Arizona State University. .

Susannah Livingston, PhD Candidate (Ethics and Professionalism)   (MA, Johns Hopkins University) is a critical educator in New York City. Her work in critical pedagogical theory draws from her background as an Indigenous American as well as her work in public and non-public urban school systems.

Mark Stimson, (MA/MA) Director of GCAS College Educational Development   Mark Stimson holds two Masters degrees from Maharishi University of Management, the first in Vedic Science (Indian Philosophy) and the second in Sustainble Living.
