In his current role as a Senior Indirect Tax Manager for a world-leading multinational, and in former high-impact roles including Chief Legal Officer, Latouche has a proven track record of optimizing financial flows, mitigating risk, and leading complex digital transformation projects within global ERPs.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This pragmatic, results-oriented approach is anchored by a deep commitment to ethics and deontology, holding that high performance and integrity are inseparable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>This dual focus on practice and principle led him to advanced academic research at the doctoral level, focusing on the future of electronic tax administration and the intersection of AI, law, and privacy.<br>As the Director of the LL.M. in International Business &amp; Tax Law at GCAS College, Normann founded the program to bridge the gap he identified in the market: mentoring the next generation of legal professionals to become not just lawyers, but strategic architects of the new global legal economy.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Normann Latouche is the director of the GCAS Law degree program.
