Dejan Lukic is Vice-Chancellor of GCAS College Dublin. He received a PhD in anthropology from Columbia University in 2007. He has taught classes at Reed College, Rutgers University, The New School, Columbia University, and presently he teaches at the School of Visual Arts in New York. He has advised thesis projects by many students in anthropology, philosophy, and art writing. He has published two books, Phantom Territoriality (Bloomsbury, 2014) and Elemental Disappearances (Punctum, 2016), and numerous essays. All of his work is informed by the future pedagogies of creativity. Current projects are titled the "Charismatic Image" and “Cosmo-Politics".
